A COOKIN’ SPINOUT SKANKIN’ SOULFUL KINDA FAREWELL

Absolutely gutted to learn of the imminent closure of the Function and Billabong Rooms in Rochester at the end of this year. Not just one but two iconic venues, of which many of us have had great nights and memories over the years. All those bands that have played there and will be playing there during December. All those nights of DJs and djing and general merriment with family and friends alike. Both personally and professionally. It’s very sad news for Rochester, Medway towns, Kent and further field alike and leaves a massive hole musically.

To show our appreciation and thanks to Mary and Andy, who have served us well for over 22 years, we, Spinout Revue have joined forces with Cookin Catfish, Kent Soul Club and Club Skank with very special guests to spin some of your favourite tunes from these club/gig nights, over the night of Friday 16th December with the main thing will be to have fun, raise a bit of cash for charity and show Mary and Andy just how much we appreciate them and thanks for so many years and how much we are going to miss them.

Spinning tunes on this night of thanks will be Klub Skank Charlie King , The Cookin’ Catfish Club Russell Deal , Kent Soul Club Richard Fläck , The Spinout Revue Lee Grimshaw and Dave Grimshaw and very very special guest Lee Bunstone

Mixing all the great club nights into one night of celebration but we need you as you are the ones that will create that party. Let’s have a top top night.
