What is Festival 2024?
Festival 2024 is a year-long programme of cultural events and activity empowering Medway’s communities and showcasing our rich history, creativity and ambition.
Bringing together partners of all sizes and scales across the creative and cultural sector and beyond, the year takes the 40th anniversaries of Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust, the culture-led regeneration of the former dockyard and Medway African and Caribbean Association as a starting point.
Festival 2024 will cater for both local and visiting audiences, creating opportunities and benefits for local people and building on our growing local, regional and national reputation.
