Are you a Medway artist, community organisation or amateur group? Unsure if Arts Council England can support your activities? Then read on!
If you are unsure how Arts Council can help you develop your work and deliver your creative activities in Medway, then this session is for you.
Come along for an online introductory meet and greet with Claire Horton and Dulcie Alexander from Arts Council England’s southeast team.
Medway is currently one of Arts Council England’s Priority Places in the South East, and Arts Council England are focussed on supporting new applicants, community and grassroots organisations, and underrepresented individuals access their funding programmes.
The session
During this session we will briefly walk you through what Arts Council England funding is available, what activities we fund, and how you might go about making your first application. We’re also keen to hear from you, as Medway artists, creatives, and organisations new to the Arts Council.
Facilitated in small groups, we’ll listen and discuss together what support you need in developing applications to our funding streams. Our aim is for this session is for you to come away feeling more confident to start working on your first Arts Council application and for us to have a better sense of how to support you in doing so.
This meeting is online and FREE to attend. It is supported by Creative Medway, specifically for those who are new to Arts Council England’s funding programmes.
