A orange coloured room with three orange digital stands. On each stand is a different image of a female. The closest stand shows a woman with shoulder length hair with one arm slightly raised. She is wearing blue trousers and a light blue shirt, Underneath her image are the words 'under your shelter there is no disillusion.' There is a digital image stand behind the first one that shows a female in a black spotted dress. Next to the stand in another image of a female in a yellow kurta.

One Song is a multiscreen video installation that explores the power of songs that connect us to our roots. It was made with women from the diverse communities of Medway.

The project looked at how songs are carried across borders and yet firmly rooted places where they were first sung. It asks how migrant communities can, through the experience of singing them, be transported back to places they left behind.
